1962-2026
The death of Carl Phillip Boudreau occurred unexpectedly at his residence in Saint John NB on March 5, 2026. Born in Saint John on February 5, 1962, he was a son of the late Phillippe and Jacqueline “Jackie” (Benoit) Boudreau.
Carl is survived by his older brother, Charles of Pennfield NB, his sister, Laura (Allen) Eldridge of St. George NB and by his younger brother, Hughie (Leslie) Boudreau also of Pennfield NB, two uncles, Wilfred (Louise) Boudreau of Meteghan Centre NS and Nelson Lombard (Marguerite Deveau) of Concession NS and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
After completing his course in Pipefitting, Carl worked for Connors Bros. in Blacks Harbour as a foreman and later left to follow his father’s footsteps and joined Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 213, from where he retired as a foreman due to health issues.
Carl had many close friends and good neighbours. He especially had a close bond with his brother Charles, calling him everyday to check in and when he was able, would take Charles to their favourite spot, Tims.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB. Resting at the funeral home with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A graveside service will take place at the St. George Catholic Cemetery in the spring. In Carl’s memory, donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to your local Food Bank would be greatly appreciated by the family.
