UPDATE: Gas Prices Plunge For Second Time In A Week

If you missed this week’s big drop in gas prices, you’re getting another chance.

For the second time this week, the Energy and Utilities Board has used the interrupter clause.

The maximum price of gas dipped 8.7 cents a litre at midnight on Friday night.

Most stations are selling for under $1 a litre as of Saturday morning.

Diesel, furnace oil and propane prices are unchanged.

This comes after market prices plunged due to COVID-19.
