1942-2025

The passing of Harry Maurice “Moe” Stuart formerly of Deer Island NB occurred at Lincourt Manor at St. Stephen NB on November 8, 2025. Born at St. Stephen NB on December 8, 1942, he was a son of the late Steadman and Mary (Lord) Stuart.

A loving father, grandfather and brother, he is survived by; his children; Harry Maurice Stuart Jr. and Gloria Stuart (Janice Terry) both of Rhode Island, his grandchildren: Ashton and Raelianna, his brother; Douglas (Gail) Stuart of Lords Cove NB, sisters: Doreen (Dale) Eynon PE, and Margaret Stuart of Bonny River NB as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his wife Mary and his brother Kenneth Stuart.

Prior to his retirement, Moe spent a number of years since his early 20’s in the USA living in Rhode Island, having worked at Okinite Wire until his retirement. He recently moved back to Deer Island. Moe loved the fast life as he was a motorcycle enthusiast and loved to travel as well as playing the links, being an avid golfer. He also had a passion for the excitement of the casinos. Moe will be remembered as living life to the fullest and missed by his family and all who knew him.

In keeping with Moe’s wishes, there will be no visiting or service. In his memory, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
