Blair James Chernoff

1970-2026

It is with deep sadness that we lost a great man, Blair J. Chernoff on August 27, 2026. Born in Saskatchewan on October 17, 1970, he then moved to Manitoba prior to coming to New Brunswick.

Blair is survived by three daughters, Tiffany Johnson of Canal and Sasha and Chelsa both of Manitoba; one brother, Mark Darroch of Manitoba; and a very special niece, Valene (Troy) of Lake Utopia; and his close friend Larry Bennett.

Blair was predeceased by his father, Dan Chernoff; his mother, Linda Darroch; one brother: Kirk Darroch; one sister: Tracy Giesbrecht; his dear grandmother called Nanny Babushka and by someone very near and dear to him, Kimberly Johnson.

Blair was a great man; he moved to the local area 27 years ago and never looked back. Blair worked several different jobs over the years including Subway, Birches, Pizza Shack, Uncle Mayn’s and the Pennfield Esso. Everyone that knew Blair loved him. He loved to help people and had a laugh like no other, when you heard it, it made you laugh and God, we are going to miss that laugh.

Blair loved music, especially heavy metal and was the biggest Kiss fan there was. As long as there was cold beer, good food and music, Blair was in for a good time. He loved fishing and spending his free time with those he loved the most.

Blair also had his 4-legged friends he loved more than anything, Kissy, Stela and Indee that will miss him greatly.

In keeping with Blair’s wishes, there will be no visiting or funeral service. In his memory, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
