Firefighters in Sussex had a busy weekend.
First, they were dispatched to a single-vehicle roll over on Friday around 11 p.m.
The driver was still trapped inside and had to be extricated. There were no serious injuries.
Then around 6 a.m. Saturday, firefighters were called to a structure fire in Wards Cove.
Upon arrival, they found the heavy smoke and flames spreading throughout the home.
The blaze took them a few hours to knock out after finding more flames trapped inside a false ceiling.
The residents of the home were uninjured, and are currently staying with relatives.
