Woman wanted in Ontario murder arrested in Saint John

A woman wanted for accessory after the fact to murder in Ontario has been arrested in Saint John.

Police said they were contacted by members of the London Police Service on Sept. 25.

They were told that the 30-year-old woman could be in the Saint John area.

An investigation confirmed the suspect had been sighted on St. George Street.

On Sept. 27, officers arrested the woman in the McAllister Drive area without incident.

She was remanded into custody after a court appearance and was transferred to the custody of the London Police Service.
