Crown prosecutors in New Brunswick have reached a new tentative collective agreement with the province.
Provincial officials announced the new agreement in a news release on Friday morning.
Premier Blaine Higgs said this is the end result of a round of bargaining conducted with a “spirit of collaboration and respect.”
“I thank both negotiating teams for their efforts in achieving this agreement,” Higgs said in the release.
The group includes more than 60 Crown prosecutors and family Crown counsel with the Office of the Attorney General.
Details of the agreement are being withheld until it is ratified.
