A power outage in Charlotte County means an early dismissal for students at one local school.
Lawrence Station Elementary School is closing early, the district announced shortly after noon.
NB Power is reporting more than 200 customers without electricity in Charlotte Southwest due to a motor vehicle collision.
Impacted communities include Lawrence Station, Andersonville, Baillie, Lynnfield, Dewolfe and Moores Mills.
The estimated restoration time is between 4 and 5 p.m. Thursday.
