Police seek woman after arson on Prince Edward Street

Saint John police are asking for help identifying a woman they allege was involved in an arson that destroyed a shed on Prince Edward Street.

Officers were called to the 100 block of Prince Edward Street at about 2:03 p.m. on November 15 after reports of a shed on fire.

Police said no one was injured, but the shed was destroyed, and a nearby building was damaged.

The Saint John Fire Department reported seeing a woman leaving the scene before police arrived, according to police. Investigators have not been able to identify her.

Police are asking anyone who recognizes the woman in the provided photograph, or anyone with information about the incident, to contact the Saint John Police Force at 506-648-3333.
