Campbellton RCMP are asking for the public’s help after a car was driven into the Charlo River in northern New Brunswick.
Police said they received several reports on June 20 about a video circulating online.
The RCMP said the video appears to show two people intentionally driving a black Chevrolet Aveo into the river near the Levesque Bridge in Charlo.
One person then climbed onto the submerged vehicle while the other climbed into the trunk, according to police.
RCMP have released still images from the video in hopes someone may recognize the individuals.

Police describe the first person as a man with a slim build, a buzz cut, and wearing all black.
The second person is described as a man with a slim build, wearing a navy‑blue T‑shirt and a baseball cap.
Anyone who recognizes the individuals, witnessed the incident, or has information that could help the investigation is asked to contact the Campbellton RCMP at 506‑789‑6000.
