Public Health reported one new case of COVID-19 on Monday.
The individual from Zone 1, the Moncton region, is in their fifties, and the case remains under investigation.
There are 26 active cases of COVID-19 with no new recoveries since Sunday.
The province has now fully vaccinated 30.2% of the eligible population, while 77.5% have received at least one shot of a COVID-19 vaccine.
New Brunswick has also announced that they will no longer issue news releases regarding COVID-19 on weekends or holidays. The number of new cases and vaccinations will still be accessible through the statistics posted on the COVID-19 Dashboard.
