A Saint John hunter survived a night in the woods.
Saint John Police were notified late Wednesday night after the woman became separated from her husband in the Glen Falls area
Officers were assisted by the K-9 unit and members of the woman’s family for a search of the area where she was last seen but did not find her.
A command post was set up where officers could work with Ground Search and Rescue to keep searching and stay in contact with the missing woman’s husband.
The search carried on through the night and just before 6 a.m. Thursday morning, the missing woman emerged from the woods without injuries.
