Legal Challenges Now Filed In Three States

The US election appears heading to the courts.

The Republican Party has filed court action against the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia and Michigan over their vote counts.

In Georgia, it’s alleging absentee ballots that failed to reach deadlines, were still counted.

In Michigan, the party claims it wasn’t provided with adequate access to monitor the counting.

The Republicans are also seeking a halt to the counting in Pennsylvania.

They’re challenging a previous court ruling that allowed a three-day deadline extension for absentee ballots to reach the ballot box.

Meantime, there will be a recount in Wisconsin.

Democratic candidate Joe Biden has a 35,000 vote edge over President Trump.
