You will once again be paying a bit more to fill up your vehicle’s fuel tank on Thursday.
The new maximum price for regular self-serve in the province is now $1.416 per litre.
That is an increase of 1.1 cents after the weekly setting by the New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board.
Diesel prices have climbed by nine-tenths of a cent to a maximum of $1.397 per litre.
Most local stations are selling both fuels for a few cents less.
This time last year, regular self-serve was selling for a maximum of $1.013 while diesel was going for $1.031.
Meanwhile, the price for furnace oil has gone up by nearly a cent to a new maximum of $1.214 per litre.
Propane is up by two-tenths of a cent to $1.158 per litre.
Fuel prices are reset every Wednesday night in New Brunswick.
