In partnership with Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church, I’ll be hosting a free in-person workshop designed to help you begin understanding what’s actually happening beneath the overwhelm.
This is not about pushing harder or trying to “fix” yourself. It’s about learning how your nervous system has been working to protect you—and how to gently begin shifting out of survival patterns that are keeping you stuck.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
What survival mode actually looks like in everyday motherhood
Why your reactions make sense (even when they feel frustrating)
How trauma responses show up in your daily life
The first steps toward feeling more grounded, present, and in control
You don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “further along.” You just need to show up as you are.
Come as you are. Leave with language for what you’ve been experiencing—and a clearer sense of what healing can actually look like from here.
