UPDATE: Convicted Armed Robber Back In Custody

**UPDATED at 11:28 a.m. on Nov. 13**

A convicted armed robber on the lam from a halfway house in Saint John is back in custody, police confirmed Friday.

Police said 31-year-old Shane Robinson broke curfew on Saturday when he did not return to the Parrtown Community Correctional Centre.

Robinson is serving a sentence of more than 12 years for armed robbery, robbery with violence, assault with a weapon, disguise with intent and fraud under $5,000.
