Drivers in Saint John can expect some delays on Thorne Avenue for the next two weeks.
The city has advised drivers that traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Egbert Street and Bayside Drive beginning Oct. 6.
The work is expected to last 10 days.
Work will include installation of a permanent centre median, concrete curb work, paving and installing traffic signage.
Drivers are being asked to drive with caution and be aware of pedestrians and workers.
Businesses will remain open during the construction.
