Saint John police are asking for help from the public to find 39-year-old Robert Sullivan.
Police say Sullivan failed to return to his residence at Hart House on Carleton Street and is considered unlawfully at large.
He is serving a 38-month sentence for sexual interference, failure to comply with an undertaking, breach of recognizance and failure to attend court.
Sullivan is described as 5’6″ tall, weighing 160 pounds, with blue eyes and dark hair.
