Charlotte County residents soon will not have to travel to Saint John or Fredericton for a CT scan.
MLA Kathy Bockus says the new CT scan at the Charlotte County Hospital should be operational this fall.
The Charlotte County Hospital Foundation fundraised $750,000 for the new machine.
That included $262,000 raised during our ninth annual Charlotte FM Radiothon in 2022.
The Saint John Regional Hospital Foundation also donated $350,000 toward the fundraising efforts.
