Construction will soon begin on the new Best Western Plus hotel in St. Stephen.
Groundwork preparations have already begun and Phase 1 of construction will start once all permits are secured.
According to a release on social media, the hotel will include 80 rooms and 13 apartments.
The Spur Line Bar & Grill will be located on the ground floor along with a Starbucks coffee kiosk and the Salt River Spa.
Other amenities will include a ball room, private conference rooms, a pool and hot tub, a fitness room and an indoor PGA golf simulator.
The hotel is expected to open for business in June or July of next year.
