Saint John police have arrested a 37-year-old man following a break-and-enter at an uptown apartment.
Officers responded to a report of a man breaking into a Leinster Street apartment around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Investigators say the owner of the home wasn’t home at the time of the incident.
While damages were reported, police say nothing was taken during the break-in.
A suspect was arrested at the scene and later released on a promise to appear in court in July.
