Behind every one of our 70 years as an organization are the real, lived experiences of the people who make up our community.

In our archived “My Aging Story” video series, members of our community generously shared their journeys—from navigating essential home renovations to offering hard-earned advice on maintaining independence. Their voices highlight both the realities and the resilience that come with aging with a mobility disability.

Today, we continue to support these journeys through our Seniors Navigator Services. Our Seniors Navigators work one-on-one with individuals aged 55+ to brainstorm solutions, apply for funding programs, secure home support, and help make independent living a reality.

As we celebrate 70 years, we remain dedicated to ensuring that seniors with a mobility disability have the resources they need to thrive at home and in their communities. We also want to recognize and thank the Government of Canada’s New Horizons for Seniors Program for funding this video initiative.
