A traffic stop Thursday uncovered drugs and associated paraphernalia and led to three arrests.
Officers stopped a suspicious vehicle travelling on Route 776 at about 9 p.m.
Police searched the vehicle and found what is believed to be cocaine.
They also found a digital scale, packaging materials and a cellphone.
The driver, a 41-year-old man from Grand Manan, and two passengers, a 48-year-old Grand Manan man and a 41-year-old Nova Scotia woman, were arrested.
All three were later released and will appear in court at a later date.
