1948-2025

The unexpected passing of Ronald Michael Welsh, of Back Bay formerly of Bowmanville, ON occurred at his residence on Thursday, November 6, 2025. He was born on February 1, 1948 in Bowmanville, ON to the late Harold and Mary (Hooey) Welsh. Ronald worked as a pipe welder prior to his retirement. He moved from Bowmanville, ON to Back Bay, NB in 2017. Ronald was an avid outdoorsman who especially loved to hunt. In his younger years he was very active with Scouts having received the Queen’s Scout Award.

He is survived by his two brothers: Tom (Ellen) and Brian (Linda) both of Bowmanville, ON; sister, Tricia Perry (Joseph) of Bowmanville, ON and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
