Back-to-back closures planned for Harbour Bridge

The Harbour Bridge will be closing again for short periods on Monday and Tuesday.

The Department of Transportation and Infrastructure says the shutdowns are scheduled for in the evenings of October 6 and 7.

Each closure will last about 20 minutes and will take place between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The department says the work is required for jacking operations on the bridge.

Motorists are being advised to plan their travel around the closures, as delays are expected.

The department says it appreciates the public’s patience while the work is carried out.
