Dips in fuel prices in N.B.

Fuelling up is going to cost you less this week.

The Energy and Utilities Board made its weekly price adjustments overnight.

The Regular self-serve maximum is around $1.72 this morning, down 1.8 cents.

Furnace oil is down 1.1 cents to a maximum of $1.43.

A decrease of just 0.6 for diesel users, which now is at a maximum of $1.73.

In Nova Scotia, regular self-serve ranges from $1.74 to $1.79 per litre while diesel is selling for between $1.74 and $1.78 per litre.

On Prince Edward Island, the price for regular self-serve is around $1.73 per litre, diesel costs around $1.79 per litre, and home heating oil is selling for a maximum of $1.25 per litre.

The New Brunswick Energy and Utilities Board adjusts prices every Friday at 12:01 a.m.
