High school graduation ceremonies begin Wednesday

It will be a busy few days for high school graduates across southern New Brunswick.

Graduation ceremonies will be held this week as students move on to their next adventure in life.

The gowns are purchased, the suits are rented, and excitement and nervousness are building.

On Wednesday, diplomas will be handed out at five schools in the Anglophone South School District, including:

  • Belleisle Regional High School
  • Grand Manan Community School
  • Hampton High School
  • Kennebecasis Valley High School
  • St. Stephen High School

Ceremonies will take place for students at eight more schools on Thursday, including:

  • Fundy Middle and High School
  • Harbour View High School
  • Rothesay High School
  • Saint John High School
  • Simonds High School
  • Sir James Dunn Academy
  • St. Malachy’s Memorial High School
  • Sussex Regional High School

Convocation ceremonies will be held on Saturday for Campobello Island Consolidated School, along with Centre scolaire Samuel-de-Champlain in the Francophone South School District.
