Charges laid after drug seizure from Saint John residence

A man and woman are facing drug-related charges after a search of a Saint John home.

Police seized 14.7 grams of Cocaine and a total of 2.88 grams of Crack from a north-end residence on May 9.

A 31-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were taken into custody and charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.

They were released and will return to court on August 15.

The Integrated Enforcement Unit (I.E.U) currently consists of officers from the Saint John Police, Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Kennebecasis Regional Police Force, and New Brunswick Justice and Public Safety.
