If you applied for a moose licence, today could be your lucky day.
The results of the 2022 Resident Moose Draw are now available.
More than 5,100 licences are available for this year’s draw.
The Department of Natural Resources said that is the highest number of licences since 1995.
Officials said the number of licences depends on the size of the moose population and the success rate of hunters.
This year’s moose hunting season runs from Sept. 20 to 24.
