Saint John police are investigating after a senior was the victim of a theft in his own home.
Officers were called to an apartment in the city’s uptown on Tuesday by the victim’s family.
Investigators say a woman allegedly claiming to be a nurse came into the home and stole several items.
The man was not hurt, according to a news release from the police force.
Police remind anyone receiving home health care to ensure their support workers’ credentials are up to date.
