Saint John police say a 38-year-old man considered unlawfully at large is back in custody.
Police said Jesse Deacon had failed to report to the Parrtown Community Correctional Centre on Jan. 30.
Deacon is serving a seven-year, nine-month sentence on several charges, including robbery and assaulting a peace officer.
