Support For Parkland Saint John

A show of support for residents and staff at Shannex Parkland Saint John on Friday.

First responders and city workers held a small parade around the retirement community

It included members of the Saint John Police Force, Saint John Fire Department, Ambulance New Brunswick, along with the city’s works and water departments.

Many of those who took part were holding signs saying, “Thinking Of You!”

Parkland Saint John has been the site of two COVID-19 outbreaks in recent weeks.

The current outbreak at the Tucker Hall nursing home has claimed the lives of four residents.
