Saint John police reported on Wednesday an offender previously on the lam is back into custody.
26-year-old Brandon Damon did not return to his residence on November 23rd.
Spokesperson Jim Hennessy said Damon is serving a 27-month sentence for several charges, including break and enter, failure to comply with probation, theft, assault, and two motor vehicle offences.
Hennessy said Damon was staying at a private home but failed to follow the conditions of his release.
