Stronger Together, a salute to frontline workers combating COVID-19

More big names have been added to the line-up for Sunday’s Stronger Together salute to front line workers combating COVID-19.

Music stars like Justin Bieber, Geddy Lee, Avril Lavigne, David Foster, Robbie Robertson and Burton Cummings have joined the special, which will be broadcast on just about every Canadian network and online.

Other homegrown stars taking part include Ryan Reynolds, Mike Myers, Kiefer Sutherland, Dan and Eugene Levy and Catherine O’Hara.

Other singers includes Céline Dion, Michael Bublé, Bryan Adams, Shania Twain, Sarah McLachlan, Jann Arden and Alessia Cara.

Stronger Together, which kicks off at 6:30 p.m. on April 26, is described as a mix of music and messages. Viewers and listeners can show their support by donating $5, $10 or $20 by texting COVID to 30333 or via the Food Banks Canada website.
