Police say a seven-year-old girl escaped injury after being hit by a vehicle in Saint John’s north end.
Sgt. Ramsay Hunt with the Saint John Police Force said it happened on MacLaren Boulevard near Coronation Court around 6:45 p.m. Saturday.
“A seven-year-old female ran into the roadway and was struck by a vehicle,” said Hunt.
Hunt said the girl was examined by paramedics but was not injured in the incident.
“The operator of the vehicle was not charged,” he said.
