Some trains will begin moving again on railways in parts of the country.
VIA Rail says they received notification from CN Rail allowing partial resumption of service between Québec City and Ottawa.
The trains will begin moving again on Thursday.
As of Monday, 470 trains have been cancelled as a result of anti-pipeline blockades.
VIA Rail says more than 94,000 passengers have been affected.
