Over 3000 NB Power customers were left without power for almost 24 hours after a fire in the Charlotte Southwest region.
NB Power says, “The outage impacting customers in the Charlotte Southwest region is due to a fire which damaged equipment.” The lights went out early Saturday afternoon
The power was restored by around 11 am on Sunday.
There’s no word on a cause for the fire yet.
All customers affected by outages have been restored. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
