SUMMARY:Our of Survival Mode
DESCRIPTION:Life can look fine on the outside and still feel like you’re running on empty inside. \nIf you’re constantly on edge\, easily triggered\, exhausted no matter how much you rest\, or just getting through the day in survival mode—this workshop is for you. \nIn partnership with Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church\, I’ll be hosting a free in-person workshop designed to help you begin understanding what’s actually happening beneath the overwhelm. \nThis is not about pushing harder or trying to “fix” yourself. It’s about learning how your nervous system has been working to protect you—and how to gently begin shifting out of survival patterns that are keeping you stuck. \nIn this workshop\, we’ll explore: \nWhat survival mode actually looks like in everyday motherhood\nWhy your reactions make sense (even when they feel frustrating)\nHow trauma responses show up in your daily life\nThe first steps toward feeling more grounded\, present\, and in control \nYou don’t need to have it all figured out. You don’t need to be “further along.” You just need to show up as you are. \n Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church\n May 23rd\n 10:00 AM\n Free event \nCome as you are. Leave with language for what you’ve been experiencing—and a clearer sense of what healing can actually look like from here. \nSpots are limited. RSVP details below:\nworkshop.mamahoodaftertrauma.ca/outofsurvivalmode
