It’s about learning how your nervous system has been working to protect you—and how to gently begin shifting out of survival patterns that are keeping you stuck. \nIn this workshop\, we’ll explore: \nWhat survival mode actually looks like in everyday motherhood\nWhy your reactions make sense (even when they feel frustrating)\nHow trauma responses show up in your daily life\nThe first steps toward feeling more grounded\, present\, and in control \nYou don’t need to have it all figured out.
